In June 2025, a 50/50 partnership between veteran Washington, D.C., communications attorney Arthur Belendiuk and John J. Fuller came to an end via a $100,000 stock transfer agreement. Then, in April 2026, Fuller moved forward with the sale of a Class C3 Country station serving the Burlington, Vt.-Plattsburgh, N.Y. region.
That transaction brokered by Richard A. Foreman Associates has now closed.
