With the January 2019 completion of Raycom Media’s merger with Gray Television, she was promoted to SVP/National Sales, rising from the VP role she took upon joining the company in September 2015.
Come June 21, Becky Meyer will be sharing her career path and the importance of mentorship, among other subjects, in the next TVB NEXT Women “Coffee With …” webinar.
Meyer will engage in a conversation with TVB Chief Communications Officer and NEXT Women Executive Director Abby Auerbach for a 20-minute conversation on June 21 at 11am Eastern.
Meyer and Auerbach plan to also discuss the future of the broadcast television industry and what it is like to network and lead in a hybrid work environment.
Meyer served as VP/Sales Manager at Katz Media Group from April 2003 until joining Gray Television in August 2015. Becky also served as a Local Sales Manager at WAOW-9 in Wausau, Wisc., from January 2001 to November 2002.
