The Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball, playing their 15th season at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville, Ga., are getting broadcast television coverage thanks to an agreement with Gray Television.

An agreement has been reached between Gray’s Peachtree Sports Network and the Gwinnett Stripers placing select games on the broadcast offering available across Georgia for the 2024 season. Calling the action will be the Stripers’ play-by-play team of lead broadcaster Dave Lezotte and broadcast assistant Jack Johnson.

PSN’s coverage begins June 14, with a total of 13 Stripers’ home games heading to the network, which can be found on WPCH-17.2 in Atlanta, WGCW-36.4 in Albany, WGAT-17.3 in Augusta, WCTA-47.3 in Columbus, WPGA-50.1 in Macon, and WPHJ-19.3 in Savannah. Two Sunday games are also scheduled to air on WPCH-17, The CW Network affiliate serving Atlanta owned by Gray.

The last time television broadcasts of Gwinnett Stripers baseball games were seen was a decade ago.

“Atlanta loves baseball, and with this partnership, they get to see even more,” said Vice President and General Manager of Gray’s Atlanta stations, which also includes CBS affiliate WANF-46. “The Stripers are part of an outstanding organization that know how to develop young players, rehab current Braves stars, and put on a great product that more people in Atlanta will now be able to enjoy this summer.”

PSN is the market’s home for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, WNBA Atlanta Dream for 2024 and a variety of other local sports teams representing everything from minor league baseball to the Ultimate Disc League.
