The News Director for Gray Media-owned NBC affiliate WMC-5 in Memphis is being promoted to the role of GM for its NBC-affiliated sibling serving Davenport, Moline, Rock Island and Bettendorf.
Taking the role, effective May 1, is Mark Little. This puts him in control of KWQC-TV, serving the Quad Cities of Illinois and Iowa.
Little had been associated with WMC-TV since March 2022. For four years before that, he was ND of WLBT-TV in Jackson, Miss. From May 2016 through April 2018, Little was News Director for WIS-10 in Columbia, S.C.
Before that, Little was ND of KFVS-12 in Paducah, Ky.-Cape Girardeau, Mo.; and from 1991-1999 was an assignment editor for KPLR-11 in St. Louis.
