Gloomy Friday for Wall Street – 5/20/11

Disappointing numbers from GAP sent retail stocks lower on Friday and a credit downgrade for the Greek government put downward pressure on the entire market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 93 points, or 0.7%, to 12,512. Somehow radio stocks managed to post a small gain, while TV issues joined the retreat.


The RBR Radio Index was up 0.628, or 0.2%, to 382.399.

The TVBR Television Index was down 2.375, or 0.9%, to 258.082.
