Radio Statesboro, Inc. (Neal Ardman) has closed on its acquisition of the six station cluster which serves Statesboro, GA, from Georgia Eagle Media, Inc. Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group’s St. Simons Island, GA, office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.
The stations include AC WPMX, Eagle 102.9 FM; WHKN Best Country 94.9; WMCD, FOX NEWS 107.3 FM; Classic Rock WZBX 106.5 FM; WWNS, 1240 AM News and WPTB Yahoo Sports Radio 850 AM.
