He’s a 20-year iHeartMedia sales veteran who most recently served as Division VP of Digital Sales for the company’s stations and associated digital assets in Portland, Ore.

Starting July 1, he’ll be relocating to the busy I-4 corridor across Central Florida, overseeing sales for the company’s stations in Orlando and fast-growing Brevard County.

Taking the role of SVP/Sales for Central Florida at iHeartMedia is Andrew Hryciw.

This puts him in the key leadership slot for some 13 stations and state news networks serving Orlando and nearby Melbourne-Titusville-Cocoa Beach, in addition to Daytona Beach.

He reports to Area President for iHeartMedia in Central Florida, Barbara Latham.

Hryciw began his career as an Account Executive with iHeartMedia predecessor Clear Channel Communications in Richmond, working for WRXL-FM 102.1 and “Sports Radio 910.” That was in 2002. He moved to Portland, Ore., in 2005, taking a role as an Account Manager. He rose to GSM and also served as the stations’ Recruitment and Education Category Manager.

Joining the iHeartMedia Digital team in 2018, Hryciw rose through the ranks to the Division VP of Digital currently representing the “Coles Division.” This is comprised of 12 iHeartMedia markets, and some 72 stations.

In addition to his digital leadership, Hryciw has led advertiser attribution efforts at iHeartMedia focusing on both broadcast and digital “and is one of the strongest advocates of our total platform solutions,” iHeartMedia said. “Over his tenure, his home market in Portland has consistently been a top performing digital market, with 48% year over year growth in 2022 and has continued to grow an additional 57% year over year in 2023.”

Hryciw commented, “I am thrilled to bring my wife and 3 daughters from Portland to O-Town this summer. I look forward to working with the talented team of professionals in Central Florida as we continue to develop innovative solutions for our clients.”

The Orlando stations owned and operated by iHeartMedia include WMGF “Magic 107.7,” WXXL “XL 106.7,” WJRR-FM 101.1, Hot Talk WTKS-FM 104.1 “Real Radio,” News/Talk WFLA Orlando, and WRUM “Rumba 100.3.” In Melbourne-Titusville-Cocoa Beach, iHeartMedia owns Adult Contemporary WLRQ-FM, Top 40 WFKS “Kiss”, and Talker WMMB-AM.
