On or about October 13, an individual with equity interest in a collection of New Hampshire radio stations passed away. This led a family member of the now-deceased sole owner of the stations to petition the state Probate Court to make him a special administrator of his estate in a move designed to ensure the continued operation of the broadcast properties.
Now, the FCC is being asked to approve the plan.
