Four Western Maryland Stations to Change Hands

SoldForever Media intends to buy four radio stations and a translator from Dix Communications.

The stations are all in western Maryland: WTBO(AM)/WKGO(FM), Cumberland and WFRB(AM)/WFRB(FM), Frostburg. An FM translator at 105.7 MHz is also included in the sale.

Forever Media currently has a total of 45 stations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Western Maryland is close to the last two.

The transaction is subject to FCC review and the parties anticipate a fourth quarter closing.
