He’s been associated with a content creation firm serving the podcasting and radio industries, Gemini XIII, since its March 2022 launch and is the co-founder of what is today Cadence13, the podcast business sold to Audacy Inc. in fall 2019 following an initial $9.7 million investment for a 45% stake in August 2017.
Now, RBR+TVBR has confirmed that Gemini XIII’s CEO, a former Chief Executive Officer of radio network Dial Global, has agreed to acquire the radio network co-founded by Nick Verbitsky and the late Dick Clark.
