The iHeartMedia fourth quarter 2023 earnings call has been scheduled for the last day of February. Once CEO Bob Pittman and COO/CFO Rich Bressler share the details of the company’s fiscal performance across the final three months of last year, they’ll be preparing to woo institutional investors at a major event scheduled for March 5 in San Francisco.

Both iHeartMedia Chairman/CEO Bob Pittman and President/COO and CFO Rich Bressler (pictured, top left) will participate in a question and answer session during the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference.

The executives will appear during the event on Tuesday, March 5, at 2:50pm Pacific; it will be streamed through the investor relations section of the iHeartMedia corporate website.

The appearance in San Francisco at the Morgan Stanley event, a major annual institutional investor gathering, will come one week after iHeartMedia releases what analysts forecast will be a down quarter from 2022. Seven analysts polled by Yahoo! Finance have offered their estimates on Earnings Per Share, and while there is arguably little consensus, year-ago EPS of $0.53 won’t be matched or exceeded. The high EPS estimate is $0.02; the low EPS estimate is -$0.12.

Meanwhile, the 7 analysts peg iHeartMedia’ Q4 2023 revenue to come in between $1.02 billion and $1.05 billion, down from $1.13 billion one year earlier.
