A 250-watt Class A FM serving the vineyard hub of Greenfield, Calif., situated along U.S. 101 in Monterey County, is being sold by Family Radio‘s parent — as are two FM translators, one of which is in the state of Vermont.
That FM translator is W207AX at 89.3 MHz in Burlington, Vt., and it is being sold along with KFRS-FM 89.9, licensed to Soledad, Calif., and 10-watt FM translator K213BZ at 90.5 MHz in Richvale, Calif., using a tower atop Sutter Buttes to reach Yuba City.
The buyer is CSN International, the religious broadcasting entity led by President Michael Kestler headquartered in Twin Falls, Idaho.
An $80,000 purchase price has been agreed upon. Rob H. Branch served as the broker, representing Family Stations. Tepper Law Firm was the legal counsel representing CSN International in this transaction. Serving as Family Stations’ legal counsel is Kathleen Victory of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
