Oil prices fell on Wednesday and prompted a sell-off in oil-sensitive stocks. By the closing bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down a bit, but the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite up a bit. The DJIA declined 19 points, or 0.2%, to 10,453. Broadcasting stocks somehow managed to end up on the up side – but then, they’re not particularly sensitive to oil prices.
The RBR Radio Index was up 0.750, or 0.4%, to 187.824.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.736, or 2.6%, to 108.732.
