The parent organization of the two largest Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) radio networks in the U.S. has promoted several leaders within its executive leadership team.
This includes a key promotion at the Air1 and K-LOVE radio networks.
SVP Jim Houser has been promoted to Chief Radio Officer after serving as Senior Vice President. Houser joined EMF in 2020 and oversees all on-air content for the two noncomm radio brands, the biggest in the CCM world.
Meanwhile, Natalie Carlisle has been named Chief Development Officer for K-LOVE and Air1 parent Educational Media Foundation.
Carlisle joined EMF in December 2023 as Senior Vice President of Donor Engagement. Prior to joining K-LOVE, she was Chief Development Officer for Florida-based international charity Food for the Poor, where she served for 13 years.
At the same time, Bethany Davis has risen from SVP/Communications to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. Davis joined EMF in September 2023 and previously spent nine years as Senior Director of Communications at CoreCivic, where she also led daily operations for the company’s charitable arm, The CoreCivic Foundation. Previously, she
served as Senior Manager of Public Relations with Varallo Public Relations, following nine years at CBS affiliate WTVF-5 in Nashville.
