The software integration and design of WorldCast System’s all-in-one transmitter platform is being extended to higher-power FM broadcasting, with the addition of 5kw variations of the company’s Ecreso FM AiO Series.
Designed for FM broadcasters worldwide, the new transmitter boasts hot-swappable fans and power supply modules which are joined by quick-release RF amplifier modules.
The AiO Series 5kW includes a 5-band audio processor, UECP RDS encoder, Icecast web streaming, and APT IP Decoder. The platform is designed to evolve with future µMPX integration, enabling a complete MPX-over-IP transport chain regardless of the compression technology used, including µMPX, APTmpX, or linear MPX, the company says.
“This extensive software integration simplifies the broadcast chain, and reduces the need for external equipment,” France-based WorldCast Systems notes.
The Ecreso FM AiO Series 5kW will make its debut at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, booth 8.c68, where WorldCast Systems will also showcase a new 3kW model, further expanding the AiO Series for higher-power FM applications. First deliveries of the 5kW are scheduled for late 2026, with availability expanding through early 2027.
