With the company’s planned privatization effort led by Soohyung Kim’s Standard General now in jeopardy following the FCC Media Bureau’s decision late last week to put the entire transaction in the hands of an Administrative Law Judge, TEGNA investors have been on edge.
That said, the company’s operations are fully “business as usual,” with Lynn Beall, Kristie Gonzales and CEO Dave Lougee dutifully running a group of stations that includes a Central Texas pair now welcoming a new President/GM.
