Castelli Media, the low-power TV station licensee led by Vincent Castelli, has signed off on an agreement that will see the sale of a TV translator facility serving the city of Santa Barbara, Calif., from a peak above the bucolic Central Coast city.
Florida-headquartered Fair Play Broadcasting, led by Kristina Bruni, is paying $150,000 to acquire K35PJ-D in Santa Barbara.
A 10% downpayment has been made to Castelli.
There is no broker or finder associated with this deal.
Castelli acquired the LPTV property in November 2022 as part of a three-facility construction permit acquisition from DTV America 1.
Bob Heymann of Media Services Group served as the broker in that transaction of nearly two years ago.
