Negative data from some private economic surveys and further declines in commodity prices sent stock prices lower on Wednesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 84 points, or 0.7%, to 12,724. Broadcasting stocks also fell.
The RBR Radio Index was down 8.355, or 2.1%, to 388.966.
The TVBR Television Index was down 2.296, or 0.8%, to 273.367.
