WASHINGTON, D.C. — The PBS Member serving the Plattsburgh, N.Y.; Burlington, Vt.; and, indirectly, the Montréal metropolitan area is one of two additional grant recipients of Corporation for Public Broadcasting funds designed to give the operations cash for enhanced emergency alerting upgrades.
