Cox Media Group Renews Its Nielsen Deal

Nielsen, the audience measurement, data and analytics Goliath, has reached a new multi-year renewal agreement with the radio and television licensee under majority control of Apollo Global Management.


Cox Media Group announced the fresh deal for TV and audio measurement on Monday morning.

“With this agreement, CMG will continue to utilize a comprehensive suite of Nielsen measurement services to demonstrate audience value to advertisers including Scarborough, Arianna, Local Media Impact, and Streaming Dynamic Ad Insertion,” Atlanta-headquartered CMG said on Monday.

There was no further comment on the new agreement.
