Copyright Review Listening Tour Begins Soon

U.S. CongressThe House Judiciary Committee will conduct a listening tour as part of the committee’s copyright review.


The tour begins with a roundtable discussion in Nashville on Sept. 22.

Committee Chair Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and Ranking Member John Conyers (D-Mich.) want to hear from television programming and music creators, among others, to discuss the challenges they face and what changes are needed in federal copyright law “to keep pace with technological advances.”

Future roundtable locations will be announced later.
