LAS VEGAS — In a bigger venue to accommodate industry interest and fine wine flowing across the room, some of the radio industry’s foremost leaders were present at a Cocktails and Conversation reception held on Sunday evening at the Capital Grille overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, as the 2023 NAB Show prepared to formally welcome upward of 70,000 attendees to the Las Vegas Convention Center and offsite events scheduled through Wednesday afternoon.
From noted attorneys including David Oxenford of Wilkinson Barker Knauer and brokers from Kalil & Co., to stars such as Angela Yee, and from industry leaders including Jeff Smulyan of Emmis Communications and the retired John David of the NAB, all enjoyed a festive atmosphere thanks to event presenters Xperi Corp., Benztown, Beasley Media Group, Jacobs Media, Skyview, vCreative, QUU and Streamline Publishing’s Radio Ink and Radio + Television Business Report.
