Charter Communications is already one of the large players in the MVPD business. By the time the smoke clears from its various dealings, it will stand very tall when its acquisition of Bright House and other previously announced deals make it to closing.
In addition to the Bright House acquisition, Charter is picking up Comcast/TWC spinoffs and managed properties owned by GreatLand Connections.
