A tentative selectee was selected by the Audio Division of the FCC's Media Bureau for a new noncommercial FM station near Brooksville, Fla. Call Communications Group wasn't the selectee, and filed a Petition to Deny. While that petition was granted in part, it did not stop the FCC from sticking with that selectee.
