To the northeast of Dallas, a Class A facility served the local community with contemporary Christian music under the branding "Celebrate FM." That came to an end on Oct. 30, when the station's owner and operator decided to sell the station. Now, an Asset Purchase Agreement has been filed with the Commission to spin the property, which was sold by LKCM Radio Licenses in March 2014 to the entity now parting ways with it.

In June 2017, noted media broker Richard A. Foreman shared the news that all of Radio Vermont Group's radio stations were up for sale. This would end the Squier family's time as a radio station owner, which began in 1935.  On Friday, employees of the radio stations were told that a buyer has emerged.

According to the broker handling the sale of the Radio Disney group, there is no deal as yet.

A Class D AM radio station with a rich history in the 'Burgh is working to extend its lifespan by securing no less than three FM translators used to relay its mix of Oldies, Talk programming, Polka shows and religious-themed programming. Now, it is acquiring one of the three translators it uses outright.

WILD-AM 1090 has been sold to the entity that has been operating it via a Time Brokerage Agreement since 2011.

On August 1 Transactions Today from RBR+TVBR first shared the news that The Power Foundation had agreed to acquire the construction permit for an educational FM radio station in North Carolina. The transaction has just closed.

Between Victoria, Tex., and the sprawling Houston metropolitan area is Bay City. Here, a Class C1 "Hot Country" FM is getting a tweak in its ownership. It is the result of the death of the station founder's wife, who held 100% ownership in the station.
