On August 1 Transactions Today from RBR+TVBR first shared the news that The Power Foundation had agreed to acquire the construction permit for an educational FM radio station in North Carolina.
The transaction, brokered by Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group, has just closed.
