An asset purchase agreement dated Oct. 24, filed with the FCC on Monday (11/13), has confirmed that Vic Canales has relinquished his Class A and Class B shares in JVC Media. The other facility is licensed to serve the island of Culebra off of Puerto Rico's eastern coast, and it's the top deal in RBR+TVBR's TRANSACTIONS TODAY for Tuesday, Nov. 7, and involves Francisco Montero of Fletcher Heald & Hildreth.
