The 2020 NAB Show's invitation-only Executive Leadership Summit (ELS) has secured the Chairman of WarnerMedia Entertainment for a Sunday Keynote address that will see the leader discuss opportunities for the company and plans for its six newly aligned sibling companies.

For 19 years, Pete Spriggs has served as Program Director for Cox Media Group's Talk radio station in Atlanta, WSB. He saw its transition from AM to FM, as Director of Branding and Programming, while also serving as a Talk format leader for all CMG/Atlanta News/Talk stations. Now, Spriggs is ready to call it a day, and his successor has just been named.

In a deal struck June 26, 2019, Pacific Media Group — led by Chuck Bergson, agreed to purchase the four Ohana Broadcast Company stations serving Honolulu for $5.5 million. Now, the Kahului-based media company -- the only in Hawaii to have radio stations on every island in the state -- has selected a new Market Manager and GM for the O'ahu stations.

On May 31, 2019, David Amy retired as Vice Chairman of Sinclair Broadcast Group. Now, he has resurfaced, as he's been selected to hold the role of Chairman of the non-profit trade association that negotiates music performing rights licenses on behalf of the local commercial TV industry and leads efforts to promote a competitive market for music performing rights.

The Executive Director and GM of Iowa PBS has been elected Chair of America’s Public Television Stations (APTS). The newly-elected officers will begin their terms on February 25.
