It is home to an AM radio station that spent much of January off the air, and has been owned by a Vietnamese-American media and entertainment figure for nearly 8 years. He's now opting to sell the facility, and at a fraction of the price he paid for it.

After 71 Years, This AM Will Die on Friday

On Friday at 5:15pm local time, an AM radio station that signed on the air in May 1951 will conclude its broadcast day. It won't be signing back on the air in 2022, or at any future time. The station's tower is being decommissioned, a decision the tower company that owns the structure says is a mutual one.
