Western Australia-headquartered Tieline the Codec Company has brought to market a HTML5 TieServer Web Console management tool. Its primary purpose? To register networked codecs to a TieServer domain and configure and control Report-IT user accounts.

Indiana FM Owner Dies After Suffering Stroke On Cruise

The owner of a Class A FM radio station offering Country music to a rural swath of Indiana south of Seymour and due north of Louisville, Ky., has died after suffering a stroke while in Mexico — and being unable to immediately return to the U.S. A GoFundMe page was established by his family to help pay for hospitalization and transport costs, as he did not have insurance.

Wright started his radio career in 1958 as a teenage disk jockey at his family owned station in Wausau, Wisc., WRIG-AM. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he returned to manage WRIG and its FM companion, which he put on the air in 1964. ​​From those beginnings came a radio broadcasting career of over 40 years, during which he built a Midwest broadcasting empire.

The focus was on fundraising and supporting a children's hospital, and not on their exit.
