King Forward Inc. in recent months has been the seller of low-powered TV stations across the South. In June, the licensee was at it again.
Now, the company led by John Kyle II has officially closed on the sale of four properties in the region, and two in the Hoosier State.
With Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group serving as the broker, representing the seller, Kyle and King Forward has completed its $65,000 sale of the following properties:
- W30EU-D in Albany, Ga.
- W13DT-D in Montgomery, Ala.
- W26FJ-D in Valdosta, Ga.
Castelli also agreed to a second deal with Kyle, and this sees the completion of its purchase of W19EW-D and W10DG-D in Evansville, Ind., and K35PJ-D in Santa Barbara, Calif., from Kyle-led licensee DTV America 1, doing business as King Spectrum LLC.
That deal is valued at $35,000.
All of the LPTVs are construction permits.
