Kristina Bruni-led Fair Play Broadcasting has signed off on the sale of a low-power broadcast television station serving the Texas Gulf Coast. The buyer? It’s another prolific purveyor of LPTV facilities.
Ready to assume ownership of K10RT-D in Beaumont, Tex., is Vince Castelli-led Castelli Media.
He’s paying $135,000 for the mini-television station, and $6,750 was paid within five days of the asset purchase agreement execution on July 11.
There is no broker or finder association with this station.
