K291AZ at 106.1 MHz in Burnet, Tex., is being sold to QXZ Mediaworks LLC for $30,000.
The transaction, brokered by Clifton Gardiner, sees an escrow deposit of $5,000 being made to the seller.
The buyer is led by Robert Lee.
Wichita Falls-based QXZ is building a new FM facility in Richland Springs, Tex., as of September 2021, and Lee has been the man behind QXZ since 2013.
