An asset purchase agreement submitted to the FCC for its regulatory approval is poised to bring Roger Bouldin‘s broadcasting company ownership of two AM, two FM translators and one full-power FM radio station serving a portion of Virginia’s Appalachia.
With a Time Brokerage Agreement allowing Bouldin to operate the stations ahead of closing, his Bouldin Radio LLC is agreeing to acquire the following properties from Three Rivers Media Corporation:

Three Rivers, led by James J. Browne, is earning $150,000 from the sale of the radio properties.
A 10% escrow deposit has been made to Bouldin.
Bouldin Radio is a privately owned broadcast company that operates locally focused community radio stations in Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
