The CEO, CFO and EVP of Investor Relations at NYSE-traded radio station owner and digital local media company Townsquare Media will be participating in two key upcoming institutional investor affairs in Boca Raton, Fla., following the Thanksgiving Day holiday.
Company head Bill Wilson, Chief Financial Officer Stu Rosenstein and key communications exec Claire Yenicay will be in Boca Raton on Tuesday (12/3) for a presentation at BofA Securities’ Leveraged Finance Conference.
The event is at the Boca Raton Hotel and their presentation is timed for 9:30am Eastern.
Management will also be available for one-on-one and group meetings with investors, and the Townsquare presentation will be webcast live on the investor relations section of Townsquare’s website: www.townsquaremedia.com/equity-investors/events.
The next day, Rosenstein and Yenicay will remain in Boca, and will present on behalf of Townsquare at “NobleCon20,” Noble Capital Markets’ 20th annual Emerging Growth Equity Conference at Florida Atlantic University’s Executive Education Complex.
They’ll be at FAU on December 4 and presenting at 10:30am ET, with both company executives available for in-person and group investor meetings.
