On May 30, 2024, the owner of Better Newspapers Inc., which happens to own a group of radio stations, died at the age of 67. Paperwork has now been submitted with the FCC that seeks its permission to transfer ownership of the broadcast licenses from the late owner’s estate to his wife of 43 years.

With Kathleen Victory of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth as its legal representative, Better Newspapers now seeks to transfer control of these properties from Gregory Hoskins’ estate to Linda Hoskins.
Approval should be easy, as she is the executor of her late husband’s estate.
The family operation is led by Scott Hoskins, a brother to Gregory Hoskins.
