In a brief message distributed midday Sunday (8/9) via PR Newswire, the radio broadcasting company founded by George Beasley and led today by his daughter, Caroline Beasley, confirmed that it needs a little more time than expected with the release of its Q2 2026 earnings report.
Beasley Media Group, officially listed on the Nasdaq market under previous operational name Beasley Broadcast Group Inc., said it has postponed the reporting of its Q2 2026 financial results and, subsequently, the date of the conference call and webcast it had scheduled to discuss the results.
This, the company shared, is being done “to allow additional time to finalize the tax accounting treatment relating to the refinancing and debt restructuring that the company completed” during the second quarter.
When can investors and financial analysts expect to see the Q2 ’26 results from the owner of such stations as WBZ-FM “The Sports Hub” in Boston; WMMR and WMGK in Philadelphia; and WRIF and WCSX in Detroit?
Beasley anticipates it will release the Q2 results “on or before Friday, August 14.”
