Average Saturday with repeats at NBC w/ ‘Mercy’; ‘Law & Order’

From 8-9 p.m., an encore telecast of MERCY averaged a 0.4/1 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall. 


At 9 p.m., a rebroadcast of LAW & ORDER delivered a 0.8/2 in 18-49 and 4.0 million viewers overall.  From its first half-hour to its second, L&O increased its 18-49 rating by 50 percent (to a 0.9 from a 0.6) and its overall viewership by 26 percent (4.4 million vs. 3.5 million).

At 10 p.m., an encore telecast of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT (1.3/4 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall) was the top non-sports choice on the major networks in the slot in all key ratings categories.  SVU built on its lead-in by 63% in 18-49 and 36% or 1.4 million persons in total viewers. 

In late-night metered-market households Saturday night:

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, hosted by Sigourney Weaver and featuring musical guest The Ting Tings, averaged a 5.4/14 in metered-market households.  SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE delivered the #1 non-sports rating of the night in the metered markets, topping all primetime entertainment telecasts on all the major networks.
