Arnold serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Altos Ventures, a Silicon Valley–based venture capital firm. Before joining Altos, Arnold served as General Counsel and Secretary of Silver Spring Networks through its merger with Itron, and previously at Hewlett-Packard. Earlier in his career he practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, advising a broad range of technology companies across corporate strategy, transactions, and compliance.
