After A Decade, XRAY Solidifies Its Rip City Presence

In Portland, Ore., low-power FM radio stations dot the landscape. Among them are a pair of facilities known as “XRAYFM.” The local home for The Thom Hartmann Show and a mix of progressive talk and eclectic music has enjoyed a loyal audience for several years.


Now, the 34-watt FM translator that pairs with a 90-watt Class D facility on the other end of the dial is poised to become wholly owned by the team behind this Rose City audio selection.
