MIAMI — She’s been associated with the Univision brand for 13 1/2 years, joining what is today TelevisaUnivision in October 2009 to launch integrated 360-degree campaigns for clients including Procter & Gamble Co., Target and Macy’s.

Now, this corporate marketing pro is rising to the position of EVP for Consumer and Corporate Marketing of U.S. Networks.

It’s a Miami-based position, and sees Jennifer Rogers taking oversight of the strategic development, creation, production, and execution of all corporate and consumer campaigns for the company’s domestic television networks, which include UniMás and the MVPD-distributed Galavisión, in addition to the TUDN sports-focused offering.

Rogers will work from TelevisaUnivision’s Doral, Fla., studios and offices and reports to President of U.S. Networks Ignacio “Nacho” Meyer.

“Through her 13 years at our company, Jen has fostered a collaborative culture on her team that combines a thoughtful creative approach with process-driven innovation,” Meyer said. “She is an exemplary leader and partner, and I am proud to have her on my team.”

Rogers is taking on a newly created role at TelevisaUnivision, and previously served as SVP of Consumer and Corporate Marketing, Digital Advertising and Audience Engagement. Before joining Univision Communications in 2009, she spent nearly 9 years at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises as Director of Sales, Marketing and Production.

Now, Rogers is being tasked with elevating the consumer and corporate marketing team in the U.S. — “guiding both strategy development and the application of budget, resources, and talent to make the critical decisions to develop TelevisaUnivision’s brands.” Specifically, she will manage the creative execution and media planning across the entire portfolio of brands, including cross-platform and off-platform marketing, and will collaborate with the ad sales and distribution sales departments to provide quality and client-centered experiences.

Additionally, Rogers’ focus will be on “innovative, data-driven inventory management, the production of high-performance, market-leading creative, and increased collaboration and partnership with our partners in Mexico,” TelevisaUnivision said on Monday.

Rogers, a 1998 UPenn graduate with a dual major in communications and marketing and in Spanish, began her career upon graduation as an on-air promotions manager for Primestar by DirecTV.
