It’s carved itself a niche in the broadcast television industry for its viewer engagement platform, allowing programs such as “LIVE With Kelly and Mark” and newscasts to conduct real-time polls.

Now, New York-based Megaphone is welcoming a new Chief Revenue Officer.

Earning the title is Jamie MacDonald, who rises from EVP/Broadcast Solutions. MacDonald will oversee all aspects of Megaphone TV’s financial growth objectives, including international expansion, customer success strategies, resource management, and refining the company’s new interactive sponsorship platform focus.

“This promotion reflects Jamie MacDonald’s exceptional dedication, leadership, and strategic contributions to the company’s continued growth and success as Megaphone TV becomes the dominant brand in revenue generation tools for broadcasters and stations of all sizes,” the company says.

MacDonald has been with Megaphone TV since 2015. CEO Dan Albritton commented, “Jamie has been an integral part of our team, consistently displaying a strong commitment to our company’s values and goals while helping evolve and redefine them to meet our new strategic vision. Most importantly, Jamie has always delivered revenue wins for the company without sacrificing product quality or client experiences.”

Megaphone TV Chief Product Officer and co-founder Colin Moock added, “His ability to understand what drives product adoption and client satisfaction has significantly contributed to our company’s success and growth. Our company’s new focus on interactive sponsorship for broadcasters would not have been possible without Jamie’s efforts and insights.”
