Come December 1, new local leaders will be taking over the reins for Gray Media-owned broadcast television stations in Presque Isle, Me.; Hazard, Ky.; and Topeka, Kan., respectively.

The company formerly known as Gray Television is saying farewell to WAGM-TV in Presque Isle GM and Director of Sales Kelly Landeen.

Landeen began her tenure at WAGM in 1990, starting as an Account Executive. She’s risen through the sales ranks, and took on her current roles nine years ago.

In Kentucky, Neil Middleton is retiring as the General Manager of WYMT-TV. He has spent all but two years of his broadcast career at the station, and has been in his current role since 2012.

Lastly, Roger Brokke is retiring as the General Manager and Director of Sales of WIBW-TV. He’s spent nearly 50 years in media sales, leading him to Topeka and WIBW in 2004. He was promoted to General Manager and Director of Sales in 2014.

“The leadership and commitment to the local communities and local stations that Kelly, Neil, and Roger provided will leave a lasting impact,” Gray Chief Operating Officer Sandy Breland said. “On behalf of Gray and the stations they led, I want to thank them for their service and wish them the best in their upcoming retirements.”
