One of just four AM radio stations serving Toledo, along with an FM translator covering the market on the banks of the Maumee River, is being sold.
The buyer? It’s the broadcast ministry led by “Father Rocky.”
That would be Relevant Radio, led by Executive Director Father Francis Hoffman.
And, it is buying WPAY-AM 1520 and W231EF at 94.1 MHz in Toledo.
The seller is Rob Austin, who heads Jam Traxx Media in Chicago, through his Fusion Radio LLC.
A $500,000 sale price has been agreed upon.
Serving as the exclusive broker in this transaction is George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services.
