A Production Workflow Platform Built For Radio Is Here

Broadcast media advertising and revenue management SaaS provider Marketron has unveiled a new product that is being touted as a production workflow platform built for radio broadcasters.


Now available is Marketron LINK, a cloud-based production platform that can enable radio stations to create and air the best ad copy for each of the radio spots it needs to produce.

“With LINK, broadcasters have a simple process for collaboration between sales, traffic and production,” the company says. “It eliminates the confusing back and forth of emails, paper production orders, and other manual processes that inevitably lead to information getting misplaced, resulting in makegoods, lost revenue, finger pointing and frustration between departments.”

Marketron has used Marketron LINK since 2018 to support their Traffic Hub managed services customers; it was developed as a way to manage the production workflow and connected directly to the traffic system.

Marketron LINK is directly accessible in Marketron Traffic and Visual Traffic Cloud. With workflows for sales, traffic and production, built-in media storage, audit trails, and both in-app dashboards and email notifications, Marketron is confident that the product “ensures accountability, communication and consistency.”
