DELRAY BEACH, FLA. — Drive past the city-owned golf course on W. Atlantic Avenue, just west of I-95 and Congress Ave., and you’ll see a lot of dirt and much construction. In the midst of it all are two broadcast towers, powering a Class B AM radio station with 5kw during daylight hours and 500 watts after dark.
At present, the facility airs a Spanish-language Christian format. That will soon change, thanks to Christina Biegun.
