Beasley Broadcast Group’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on October 5, 2018, to shareholders of record on September 28, 2018.
While the Company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the Board of Directors at its discretion.
Beasley shares finished Thursday’s trading at $6.75, down 12 cents.
