In a deal filed with the FCC Monday but announced by broker of record Kalil & Co., the Mike Novak-led Educational Media Foundation has landed yet another property.
The No. 2 licensee in the U.S., behind only iHeartRadio, has just obtained a Class C1 100kw blowtorch of an FM facility in one of America’s premier Spring Break destinations.
The intellectual property is staying with the seller.
