A broadcast licensee led by Van A Michael has signed off on an agreement that sees the sale of a Class A FM serving Williamsport, Pa.,to a large regional religious broadcast ministry. It’s the not-for-profit entity led by Rick Snavely, which is handing Michael’s group an FM translator in return.
