Nautel wants to make sure transmitters are properly registered to their owner, whether purchased from the Canadian broadcast technology company, a dealer, or as a previously owned acquisition.
As such, Nova Scotia-based Nautel is reminding its clients to move forward with registration.
“Our goal is to provide prompt support on any transmitter purchased from us, whether new or used,” said John Wilton, Nautel’s Head of Customer Service. “When a used transmitter is purchased, it may still be registered to the former owner, and that can delay the support process. Likewise, transmitters purchased through dealers may not automatically be registered to the end user. Keeping your ownership information up to date helps ensure we can quickly identify your equipment and provide timely support.”
